BAD BAD BAD BAD SERVICE!!

BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD!!!! No service what so ever from MTN. I have been trying to sort out my Superflex with MTN, but it's an absolute nightmare. No one is willing to assist at all. They keep on send an email stating that they will escalate the matter and in the meantime I just have to be patient, I mean how long can it really take to solve the problem??
