BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD Network signal

I have been told that the bad signal is a result of load shedding. But for me, the network signal is terrible even when there is power.

I have a contract that gives me 150G of data, and that is useless because I always do not have a signal. I am planning to cancel my contract and move to another service provider.
