Bad bad bad.

My iphone has been insured via MTN for about 4 years. When I dropped my phone and the screen broke, I thought it would be easy to get it repaired using my Insurance. The automated recording on the MTN insurance line assures cutomers that they will "collect your damaged handset and lend you another while yours is being repaired." What a joke. Three weeks later, (and several attempts to phone them...no reply) I gave up waiting for them to "collect" my handset and I took it to the Rivonia Service center, filled in ANOTHER claim form. Now, I have received a total of 10 SMS from the MTN high volume repair center saying my damaged phone has been assess and will cost R6230 to repair and I must reply Yes or NO to the SMS! I still cannot speak to a "person" at MTN insurance and now the High Volume repair center does not even answer their phone!
