bad. bad. bad
Stop striking and give some service to clients. Stop lying. My phone went in for repairs. After 4 weeks my phone returned with the same fault. Now you tell me where is the problem. Do I need to wait another 4 weeks or longer. All this for a phone less than 6 months old. Then you ask why your ccustomers leave for another service provider. Including me!

All our handsets go through full Quality assurance tests before being issued out to clients. For as long as your handset complies with all warranty guidelines, our HVRC will be happy to assist with all the repair issues you might be having or replace it depending on the nature of repair/fault.
You may have the device rebooked with specific faults specified so that priority can be elevated and the matter resolved
