30 Nov 2017, 08:29How can you sort out a problem if you get nobody to talk to. The consaltants in the shop is clueless. The only thing they do is lock a complain. How can I manange something if I did not know it was open. Than you have to take my 16year old son to court because it was his phone and I can't manage his phone if he is not home all the time. What is the point off a credit limit if you don't use it for what it was set for.
