BAD ATTITUDE FROM WARREN AT MTN CAPE GATE

Yesterday I went with my boyfirend to Cape Gate MTN. He bought a screen gaurd last weekend and two/three days ago it started cracking and he did not drop it. We spoke to Warren as the manager Noleen was not in. We told Warren the situation and he couldnt have cared any less that what he did already. I told him that one of his guys that work at mtn put it on and did not clean it properly as there was a white dot under. Warren said that they cannot take responsibilty for it - well that should have been said to us in the beggining. I told Warren that he has a bad attitude and he said to me : I dont like your attitude either and you know im on my lunch break so techinallcy I dont have to help you - but he helped one of the guys that was working there?? Is this the kind of service you provide? I then asked Warren for Gammateks details and he said: We not allowed to write anything down - do you not write on the contracts?? I think that the regional manager and owner of mtn Cape Gate should have a word with him and I deserve an apology. Warren should NEVER stand in as an "assistant manager" he clearly does not have the correct service to his clients as he cannot provide it.
