Bad attitude

I had a bad experience with MTN staff in Heidelberg Mall. All I wanted was just a simple contract sim swap which took me 5 days of me going to the store for the sim swap that I am going to pay for “ Everyday is a different story”The store closes at 18:00 and I arrived there at 16:45 and they asked me why am I coming so late, I must come back again tomorrow morning or on a Sunday at least. I told the lady I started this process last week Friday and I was turned back because i didn’t have my ID with me. I went back again on Saturday with my ID then they said they are offline. I went back again on Monday on my way from work, they said I must come with a smart card not green ID book because their system is linked with home affairs it shows that I have a smart card. I turned back and returned on Tuesday with a smart card like they asked, that’s when the lady who was assisting me said that I must come early or on Sundays because the guy who must assist me went out, I told her that I’ve been turned back for 5 days now and unfortunately I am working this coming weekend because last weekend I was off, and I work from 08:00 - 16:00 everyday that is why I always comes at 16:45 - 17:00. I can’t be absent from work JUST FOR A SIM SWAP and it is not nice not to have ur number back after u have been ****** your phone, there are important calls that I am missing because of this up and down just to do a sim swap “I am tired of the different story everyday” I need help please.
