Bad attitude

I just got of the phone with the rudesome mtn call centre agent named Dan Khumalo. He disrespectfully hanged up on me das I was verificating some Information he requested while he placed me on hold..in short space of time he hanged up saying" I'm wasting his time" this left me me very unhappy.
