Bad attitude consultant with worse service ever!!?

I have been MTN customer since 2012 but the service am getting is ****ing off!!!!I had 2 contract with them,1 ended last year and I cancelled it. It happened that in November 23rd 2017 I paid for my contract but used the old contract number as a reference number...the payment didn't reflect on their system and I sent proof of payment to 3 consultants but with no help...my contract has ended on the 18th February and I even paid my last payment but they can't cancel my contract because as they haven't allocated my payment since November 2017. The CONSULTANT REFUSED WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR AND THEY WHERE VERY RUDE TO ME ESPECIALLY THE 1 CALLED VUSIMUZI THEN GIFT ZWANE WHO REPORTS TO SIDNEY PROMISED ME A CALL BACK WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN...GIFT TOLD ME THAT THEIR SUPERVISORS WORKS ONLY DAY SHIFT AND THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE SYPERVISORS AT NIGHT....IMAGINE!!!ALL I WANT IS FOR MHM TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT THEN I WILL BE OUT OF THEIR FACE...I DON'T WANT ANYTHING DO WITH YOU ****** LOOSERS!!
