Bad attitude - cannot get feedback
In January I took my phone in for an insurance claim. When I had not heard anything by 22 March I went to MTN Morningside to make enquiries and was told my phone was there. Vincent went to fetch my phone & came back to tell me there was a different phone in the bin. He sent an email to Tshilidzi & asked her to investigate. I heard nothing despite sending Vincent (only email address I had) emails on 24/3 25/3 31/3 & 14/4. 25/3 Vincent emailed me to ask that I give him a day to revert while he found out about my phone, but he never contacted me. The next email I received from Vincent was on 29/4 asking me to email Tshilidzi which I did. Tshilidzi sent me a picture of a form stating that the quote had been rejected due to non response to SMSes sent. I asked Tshilidzi to send me a copy of the quote as I'd never received it and received the response \You need to talk to Vincent
