Bad attitude by consultant SABC2346 MTN Store - Menlyn Park Shopping Centre G196

Worst customer service by Ezekiel Gqada at Menlyn mtn. I went there to buy a router yesterday and the man asked to set it up, i agreed and he did. When i got home it wasn't charging or switching on, so my first thought is to take it back, since he did the setup. Today i took it back. When i get there he had forgotten to remove the plastic between the battery and the router itself, so instead of acknowledging his mistake and apologizing. He had such a bad nonchalant attitude and started saying why am i complaining since it's working. Instead of genuinely acknowledging that he forgot to remove the plastic. His attitude is disgusting and he thinks "that's the way i am" of it and i went there with such a pure heart, a simple "I forgot to remove the plastic and i apologise" would have not gotten me agitated. Imagine after traveling so far.🚮 he then continued to apologize by saying "i apologized and i apologize again" whereas he had never said the first apology in the first place.
