Bad attitude and VERY bad service

Continuation from my other one...

I responded to Lebogang and told her/him that it doesn't make sense what she is telling me and I told her I want to lay a formal complaint and asked that she tells me how I can do this. No response from her. I sent a follow up and asked her to give me termination fees for my 083 53 number as I an gatvol with the useless service from MTN, I want to terminate that contract now so my phone can work and I don't mind the other number being blocked until my query is sorted. Still no response. I sent another follow up still nothing after a week. That is the service MTN gives to customers. And I am glad it was all in emails, I have proof.

So 4 things:
1. separate my accounts. I signed 2 different contracts. If it means I go to consumer commission, I will
2. How do I lay a formal complaint?
3. I want termination fees for 083 53 number
4. Is it policy that your people ignore customer emails? That they are so rude?????

I am due for an upgrade but I will not upgrade, even if MTN paid me, I would never do it. MTN service is the worse service I have ever came across.

Oh your customer services email is also only responded to after week
