Bad attitude and refusal to give supervisor access

Lost my phone and and approached MTN for help with blacklisting.

MTN store in Bloemfontein could not help and asked me to do it on my own. Call centre MTN called 5 times without any joy. When call centre agents Liezelle Jacobs, Nadien and Lorrettee asked to escalate to supervisor, the refused to give access and also refused to either give their surnames or at least details of their supervisor they refused and also refused to even ask the supervisor to the phone.

Am stuck because I can't get my phone reported to police as lost without the itc number .

MTN is giving me run around for 3 days in a row. Call centre agents are extremely abusive and unhelpful.

Hello zfutwa,

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, please accept our apologies for the delayed response and for any inconveniences caused.

According to our records your cellphone was blacklisted on the 12/08/2015, we tried to contact you for the ITC reference number but we couldn't get through.
Please contact our Call Centre on 808 (free from an MTN line) or 083 1 808 (chargeable from a non MTN line) If you do not have the ITC reference number as yet.

We hope you find the above in order.

Kind Regards
Itumeleng Rakoena
