bad attitude accompanied with poor service
Gugu helped me a lot with my application for a hp laptop. and as was given an option to choose between a black and white laptop I chose a white laptop but the store manageress refused me saying it will take forever to get it as they were apparently out of stock and forced me to apply for the black one. I ended up choosing a black laptop hoping that it would be faster. I have been waiting for four weeks now since approval of my application.<br> two weeks ago I went back to the shop to enquire but gugu was off and the store manageress told me that gugu will call me when she gets back.
We are truly sorry for the delay with the application.
We have now checked with our Vetting Department and see the application has been conditionally approved.
We've now escalated the matter to the store management team and Gugu to get the approval done on their side and issue you with the laptop as soon as possible.
Once again we do apologize for the delay.

Yes I waited for another four months and when I decided to go back to the shop they tell me they cancelled my order because I wasnt picking up my phone.
And after I had to re-apply the laptop was told to me with R150 more. From R200 per month to R350 per month
