Bad Attitude
<p>I went to collect me new phone at MTN K90, but gave then a call before i left to confirm all was in order.</p> <p>When i got there I was told they receiving stock and that the door wont be open for me. There was no notice on the door, and the lady was extremely rude. It leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. The new contract can be cancelled, as they need me more than i need them</p>

We do pick up that your have received the device and the sim card. We have escalated the complaint to the store to notify them regarding the service received from the store and no notification on the door regarding the stock take.
