Bad attitude

on the 18th of June 2019==I called MTN to be assisted on my billing and query as to why my sim data only was not credited with data. The phone went through and a lady by the name of Neo was suppose to help me- instead she didnt. From the moment she answered the call she had bad attitude to make matters worse as I kept on asking questions wanting clarity she just kept quite and I had to ask "are you still there?" In short Neo that's not how to treat a person nevermind a customer- Your character is bad- from there my services were blocked as I was given 2days to resolve the issue that was few hours after I have received the sms_ makes me wonder if she had something to do with it. I ended up having to drive to a store to get assisted.
