Bad attitude
I have never in life received such a bad call centre consultant, Im calling to query about my data bundles and Hlengiwe decided to stream at me telling me that its because im always connected to the internet when I asked which side are those unfortunately she can not see that but she can see that im always sitting on the internet.<br> <br> I don't understand why does she have to stream at me when I want some answers?
