bad attitude
My husband was due for an upgrade, and twice, when enquiring about different options, both the ladies were not at all interested in advising, etc. What's the use of throwing a pamphlet in front of me, telling me \this is what is available"and even knowing what package we are on (of course not the right one!) Previously I complained about these salespersons"
