Bad and unprofessional service

Please assist on this issue. They blocked my phone for almost two weeks, while i have paid. They offer totally unprofessionally service. Im loosing my customers due to the horrible and unprofessional things the're doing. For how long should i keep fighting with them every months. we agreed with them deduct all my monthly expenses on my account, but they failed and keep on charging me interest and blocking my phone every month.
