Bad and slow service by MTN

<p>On Monday the 5th of September in the evening, R55 were suddenly gone from my airtime. I didn't make any calls or send any SMSs. I have since been trying to sort out with MTN why this happened and after two weeks I am still to get an answer. To cut a very long story short I went to their shop in Melrose Arch, spoke to two assistants on the phone and none of them gave me the right answer as nothing of what they said corresponds to the truth. I have asked them to send me the history of my calls and SMS on that specific Monday but they refuse. I have sent a few emails as well and they have asked me to confirm some information, which is fine as I understand they are for security reasons. I don't know two points of what they request for me to confirm and asked them to tell me where I can find it. No response. Some time later I asked them if there were any news on my query and got the same email asking to confirm that same info, which just proves that they ignored my request where I asked where I could find it. I lost my cool a bit and they said they need to send me a few security check questions in order to provide that info I can't find (which I then need to provide back to them anyway, for goodness sake). So far I am still waiting for those security checks as well as an answer to my query. If they took my money by mistake, they MUST credit it back to my airtime. Saturday I also found out that suddenly I am not allowed to make international calls and have been waiting for an answer to this as well. Not only they take forever as they don't even seem to know what they are doing by disregarding my emails and giving me wrong information. Please let me know what can I do to get an answer and have my R55 back.</p>
