Bad and *********** service provider

I ordered the home router online and it was delivered 2 weeks ago and I have reporting to them I'm unable to connect to the router its showing "Connected without internet" I've been doing back to back with them for a week until the 7 days to return it passed.

I even went to the store in Vangate but still unable to this thing. That means I will pay for a router that we're not using for 12 months and they can't even resolve the issue.

They are so *********** and I would never advise any to choose them & their customer care/coverage are useless.
