bad and selfish service by MTN

I took a deal through telesales, the sales person said it was a double deal (2fones): 1 tablet and 1 ordinary fone. when i received the package it was 2 small pathetic ZTE fones. I notified them that it was not what i agreed to and i dont want the contract anymore(which i didn't sign yet) and i was told take the fones to the local mtn outlet for return. After 8 months i got a call from their debt collector VVM that i need to pay their client(MTN) or face legal action. by then the had already listed me( blacklisted). i went to mtn where returned the fones, they gave me proof of the returned fones and a letter from the manager acknowledging receipt of the fones. they still send me statements of account and i asked them to return the fones since they insist i pay the money. The unfair blacklisting is interfering with my personal and business deals.

Afternoon, i did bring it to VVM'S attention i lost that RMA slip and MTN Lydenburg also removed it from their archive since it was long without queries on my account. MTN Lydenburg then gave me the waybill for the courier they used clearly stating the 2 fones IMEI numbers accompanied by the branch managers letter acknowledging the receipt and return of the fones. So, No i do not have that RMA number.

Evening Roanne, Are you(MTN) planning to clear my name from the unfair blacklisting or you still wana make my life a living hell? After i sent all the documents to VVM they advised me to get a lawyer because ive submitted every requested document and they didnt know how else to assist me since you(mtn) still insist i owed you. But that is as good as paying mtn since lawyers dont come cheap. You jus wana milk us the ordinary clients of our hard earned money jus because you can. Your incompetence to notice that those fones you sent me were never activated is beyond me. Im sure if u can go on your records now the same fones yoù want me to pay for are on someone else's name.
