Bad and poor service at Bridge city MTN shop

I like to share my bad experience with MTN shop I Durban Bridge city KwaMashu,first I bought 2 Samsung phoned for me and my wife ,in June 2023,with the warranty of 24 months guaranteed.One of the phone on the 9th of June 2024 had a network and power problem I took it back to the store,as I started to explain what is wrong with the phone.One of their staff was very rude and disrespect he quickly said the phone have water inside and maybe I dropped in the water,I explained to him that it not true and I asked him if he is a Technicain,he said he is not but they can't assist me as this phone it not a contract phone,I said to him but it still have a warranty,we argued until he asked for the phone slip and accessories which I gave him and waited for about 1 hour and half for him booking a phone with a rude face.

On the 2 of August 2024 I received a massage stating I have to come and collect the phone and also the Ref numbers were written. I came on the following day on the 3rd at 09:35am,the same guy saw me and laughed at me said we going to fight again,I said no I came to collect my phone and he said this with a careless tune the phone was booked wrongly with other Hawaii phones and that massage I received was just informing me that the phone have been booked for repairs.I was so drained and speechless and this guy smiled, I took my receipt and went out if the Store,no manager present in the store and I am not happy at all it have been a month without a phone and I have to wait another month because the store made a mistake nbook8ng my phone with wrong phone and I must understand that
