Bad and poor business to deal with

I'm so so Fed up with this thing of mtn and dsv thing. Now i don't have my device/ router that i bought two weeks ago because the companies can't handle the matter. I need a router that's y i bought one it's a need to i have to connect my devices at home so i can also do my business. But now everything has to wait because mtn and dsv can't deliver. What a poor service delivery on both companies Maan yeses.
