Bad and incompetant service

I app**** for a promotional contract call Fri yay 13 in January 2017...after numerous calls to the mtn call center as well as my local mtn I am still waiting for a satisfactory outcome to my problem eight months later. I have not received the promotional extras as advertised. And have been bounced around from the local mtn store to the call center.I had been activated initially on the wrong contract ..however this has been rectified. .but I still do not receive the promotional extras ...having been a loyal mtn client for many years I expected better service from mtn .
