Bad and horrific experience with mtn

I have been trying to get mtn to unsespend my number for the past to days with no success. I have spoken to different people who were promising to assist and the last person promised to escalate my quiry to a supervisor who didn't call. I even called their ***** department who could not assist and sent me back to services champions. I'm in so much distress, I can access any of my apps including banking because my phone number is suspended. I think I'm the longest loyal customer with mtn but this time you have showed me that you don't care about customers. Yesterday just to mention few People was, Tamarindo, Litha, Hamawiwa. I can't reaceive or make calls..
