Bad and Good Service

Hi, on the 10/11 November 2025 I went to MtN Store in Blue Route Mall between 17:00-18:00 and I was helped by a guy who have giving be a very very very bad service, I couldn't get he's name because he didn't have name badge, the reason he didn't want to help me is that the sim swap is closed. On the 24 & 28 I was helped by 2 young people, Simphiwe Ngobese and Khairun-Nisaa around same time mentioned above, they have helped me and made me feel welcome and smiled, and I'm thankful to the 2 young people who helped me.
