Bad and delayed service from MTN champion agents

Reference number: *** I have been struggling to do a sim swop. I have called in three times yesterday 2 Jan was given a tat of 24 hours on the 1st Jan. Up until now I'm still waiting for my sim swop?? Can someone please call me and assist me because the so call champion agents are not of any help. I am a senior agent at a medical aid comp and I have never given my members such pathetic service on calls as received from the MTN call agents. I start work tomorrow and I need this sim swop resolved as I have to assist my valued members with any queries tomorrow md would hate to disappoint my employer due to *********** staff and unfriendly staff at MTN. All I want is my SIM Swop to be successful and if there is something that I need to do, please inform me. (Bear in mind that I have posed this question to the so call champion agents)
