Bad After sales

Good day,<br> <br> I bought a MTN STEPPA TABLET, cash, two weeks ago. In the adverti*****t it says that you get 200mb for the first 12 months! It is two weeks later and I have not received my data.<br> <br> I went to the store again and was told to call 173. I called 173 on 12 Feb, The consultant, Mini, confirmed that she logged a USSD and should be active within 24 hours. If not, i should contact the store again. I refuse to be sent back and forth for something that should have been sorted two weeks a ago. I also have a few contracts with MTN and if this is the type of service I am getting, then I have no issue in cancelling my upgrades and doing business with a company that is worth doing business with.<br> <br> Regards<br> Richard Barron<br>
