Bad accounts department

We have had our services suspended for 2 months in a row because the accounts department cant ger the account right. We recieved 4 SMS notifications with 4 different amounts and called to find out what our account actually is and still have recieved no real help. So I guess our services will be suspended once again. Shocking shocking service ! No one seems to know what they doing. On the first of the month they suspend. Get your figures correct mtn.
