BAD ACCOUNTS AND NOTHING DONE FOR 2 MONTHS

I am very unhappy with MTN,for 2 months i have had R168.00 extra debited from my account and nothing has been done.i also lodged a complaint last month and still nothing and now to top it off my account is suspended,you guys are so easy take take money but to give it back is a huge problem.
