BAD ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

Manager George Mamabolo was unable to help me with my primary complaint as a customer. I had troubles with network coverage, accessing a complaining platform online as well as cancelation of my contract with MTN. Not only did Mr Mamabolo tell me that I as a customer talk too much and have reached his world record level of annoyance he then told me he is actually off duty and i should stop talking to him. When I asked him for his name and why he did not have a name tag on he refused to give his name and his colleagues also protected him. It was until i refused to leave their shop until they gave me his name that Lebo one of His colleagues gave me his name. She also assured me that he was not at all off duty and was still on duty when he refused to hear me out as a customer. He then told me it doesnt matter where i go, he is known all round pietersburg. This is absolutely unacceptable from a network provider. Furthermore, he continued to badmouth MTN right to my face about how it is not his problem that network availability is my issue. I find this to misrepresent what MTN stands for and leaves me wanting to tell EVERYONE I know to never consider MTN because of bad service!!!!!
