Bad

<p>I upgraded my phone July 7 at Mtn shop in Germiston Golden walk, I took it back on the 6th of December because it technical problem, I was told I will have my phone in 13 to 14 days, still now I dont have my phone, every time I go there they telling me that the technicians are not done, it's a contract phone in which I am paying every month, I have been using my sons phone in which he doesn't have one now for me to contact him, it has unconvinced me in a way that, I don't want it anymore, it's either they give me a new phone or cancelled my contract and give my money back,,,,,,I have been with Mtn for a long time, this is the first time I experience such bad service. Please help, I am paying for a phone I don't have.</p>
