On the 28/03/2016 i cancelled my contract to go to prepaid. Today after how many calls the migrate me after i have said i am going to put it on hellopeter.<br>

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service experienced.
We've perused the account and we see that the escalation done on the 10th of April 2016 was sent through to our Retentions Departments helpdesk and was in queue.
The request was processed on the 15th of April 2016 as it was then escalated directly to one of the Supervisors within the Retentions Department.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
