On the 05/10/2015 i called in to change my baking details got a REF*** number for the call. on the 31st Oct MTN deb my account but old account after i change account number. I called in again on the 2/11/2015 got a REF *** number again and was told they will DEP my account ASAP but nothing was done today 13/11/2015 my service put down i called in again 13/11/2015 got RF*** again and was told they will DEP my account ASAP still nothing. REF***<br> <br> MTN this is bad all i get is a REF number every time and nothing gets done. <br> I want answer as to why my account was not DEP and why my baking details was only change this morning after all the calls and after all the REF numbers on your system.<br> Like you say all calls get recorded well its time to take them out.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with our service.
The invoice date is on the 20th and the debit orders for the invoices dated 20th will be requested on the 1st of every month. On the 5th when you have requested for the debit change the debit order has been sent already .
The invoices for November is not as yet allocated to the account. The debit order for September month returned unpaid. R620.39 need to be paid to bring the account to the current month R608.99.
The system bill the account in arrears.
