Disappointing Experience with MTN I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from MTN. Recently, I visited their store to terminate my 24-month contract, which is supposed to end in January 2025. However, I was shocked to discover that they claimed my contract was actually for 36 months.

Despite my efforts to clarify the discrepancy, the staff were unhelpful and unwilling to listen. It's unacceptable that a reputable company like MTN would engage. in such deceptive practices.

I urge caution to anyone considering MTN's services. Their lack of transparency and accountability is alarming. I hope that MTN will take steps to address these issues and provide better service to their customers
