It has been 9 weeks since I left my phone(HTC Desire 626) with MTN HVRC at their repair centre for repairs, I called every day just to be told that they are still waiting for feedback??? I never got any SMS or call about my phone, worst part is that I am still paying for this phone, it's like MTN doesn't care about my phone!!!
I want my phone PLEASE. Job card Ref: WICPE **********
