Yes and there today MTN deduct 772..74 off my account..Still no activation still no service renderd.I did request wire x2 email /letter to cancell due to no services and line still not working even mentioned i had legal advise,well according to the R499 uncapped deals SORRY ..MTN definetly do not comply or keep with their promises and adverti*****ts.So this leaves me with writing another letter but with a loss of a deduction R772.74 ...So im verry unhappy and disgusted with the service provider...and wher do MTN all of a sudden come to the amount of R772..but they said only R499 uncapped..Soo so False..people watch out and be carefull This leaves me with no choice than writing letter and keep on requesting for my line to be cancelled Hopefully ill win but yet this is so unfair towards us as customers..
