Back up generator running continuously

There is a MTN tower located next to the complex I live in. During the last month the generator has been running constantly day and night and almost makes it impossible to sleep at night, the generator is very noisy...humming all the time.<br> <br> Please have an engineer out to turn off this generator.<br> <br> Tower is located in Barn Owl street, Amberfield, Centurion
