Back service MTN

I need to cancel my data contract after 24 months. According to MTN is Stellenboch they can't assist you with that in the MTN store. The client needs to call MTN to do so. I was provided with the number to call to cancel my contract. I was told to select options 4 when you call the number . I did call however their was no options 4 available to select. It's a computer that answers and i couldn't got hold of a consultant. My contract ran its 24 month and now they increased it more R200.
