Back Office - who is that anyway???

I once went to a talk where the head of marketing for MTN spoke about how they really care about customers....what a lie. MTN can't tell me why they can't reconnect my phone and more than that I have been without connection for a week and they don't know when they can sort it out. Mind you, it's not a technical problem,it's just because "back office" has not attended to my problem.

I am so annoyed and disgusted by this organisation. Never ever ever take up a contract with them!
