I was paying my phone insurance for nothing because they have been giving the run around saying my claim hasn't went through although I being making trips to the store more than once with my documents in hand Terrible experience with Mtn Sa I wouldn't recommend anyone I know to trust it as a service provider it shows that they want it to be a month without the claim going through so they can say the time has lapsed terribly disappointed 😔
