BAAAAD Service and *********** people

Never had i experience such bad service, my line had to be upgraded to a bigger home internet bundle , but instead they downgraded me to a smaller bundle by mistake, now they do not know how to upgrade me again, spoke to countless service advisors, visited the branch send from here to there and still no answer , it has been 14 days and still no help with no internet
