Baaaad and costly service

MTN Brooklyn is a very unprofessional store , I did a sim swap twice without my ID used my driver’s licence, now when I go they are telling me they want ID, which petrol should I use to fetch my ID, why they did not tell me the second time next time I should bring my ID?
