I've been trying to resolve this issue since 04/06/2024.

How did I get to the amount R484.49 that you tried debiting from my account.

This is a month to month contract, I signed up mid April where I was pro-rated for the remaining days of the month and also billed an upfront subscription for June which was paid on 27/04, an amount of R313.89 in total.

I am writing to you again for the last time, hope I will get a constructive feedback. Please don't bother asking me security questions as I've done that already. Hope I won't be getting a response after 3 days.

I'm providing you with a last chance to resolve this, if no joy I will be trolling MTN on all social platforms...... Try me one more time MTN!!!!
