I am writing this review to complain about *****ulent activities that were conducted on my bank account by MTN maponya mall branch in Soweto, citing the culprits as branch manager whose name iis Blessings Chihungwa and his staff.I wrote to mtn ***** department and consumer commission complaining about this matter in October of 2025, and no action was taken about the branch.My expected outcome and request is for your office to address this matter as I have been waiting since last for a resolution.
