Ba***0 this stupid reference has caused me a lot of issues

Ba***0 this stupid reference has caused me a lot of issues. On Saturday (26/11/2022) we went to Rosehill Mall Eastern Cape to pay our wifi. The place was in darkness waiting for a technician to arrive. Every banking app and bank rejects creating a beneficiary for MTN with this same Ba***0 reference. I tried getting someone else to pay it over, that didn't work. I tried paying it via ATM it was rejected as soon as I put in that reference. I called MTN 135 on Monday 5 December 2022, I was told that I owe no money. I wanted to make payment arrangements, Fast forward to 12 December 2022 my wifi gets cut. What are you supposed to do when you've done everything you possibly can?? Don't get wifi with MTN, payments are a nightmare and you just go round and round in circles.
