My Account BA*** was handed over last year , and I've settle the account on the 26th of June 2025 I got the paid up letter from nudebt, I've called mtn and email the paid up letter to update my credit report they don't respond to my emails, when I call them I don't get help the consultants they just tell you what they want ,the last lady I spoke to was from legal consumer department Zimkhitha Nkomo told me that they can't transfer me to legal because they don't a line for legal department, till today they haven't updated my credit or even respond to my emails.
