I have been waiting for my phone to be repaired for three weeks and a further six days. As I went to collect my phone on the day I was told to come fetch it I was told I need to wait for MTN to call me before I come to collect; in for I was not given when I went to drop off my phone for repairs as I was just told to come fetch it after three days. It's a further six days down the line and I'm still waiting for that call to come collect my phone

For us to investigate we need your Job card number or IMEI number of the device handed in. Please include these details on your re-post should this matter still not be resolved.
