Axxess / MTN im Utterly disgusted!!!!

I recently got the 50Mbps Fixed LTE line from Axxess/MTN and it was a huge mistake. The first day i got decent speeds but from 5/pm it drops down to 2/3Mbps and sometimes even 0.5Mbps. So i logged a complaint due to the fact that the upload im getting is only 5Mbps and not even close to 50Mbps and that the Download crashes during the day and every evening! I got the line for streaming after work, roughly around 6pm so when i want to use it i cant. So i log a ticket and they respond saying they wil look in to it. Few days passes and nothing happens then they send an email stating nothing has been heard ticket closed. I have logged a **** load of tickets and this is the response im getting every single time. At one point they asked me to fill in a troubleshoot guide which they will send to MTN seeing that its their line and you guessed it, they reply saying sorry and they logged it with MTN and a few days later, they close the ticket because they dont get anything back; "A response to ticket: ********* with subject: MTN Fixed LTE 50Mbps - Upload issues has not been received for 48hrs. We have automatically closed this ticket, however If you reply to the ticket again, it will reopen". I am utterly disgusted!!! I will never recommend axxess/MTN to anyone and i will definitely inform them to stay clear!!!
